1. Use of the Platform
You may use the Platform only if you are at least 18 years old and capable
of forming a binding legal agreement. You agree not to use the Platform
for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.
2. Account Registration
To access certain features, such as booking services or listing vendor
offerings, you must register for an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
- Keep your login credentials confidential.
- Accept responsibility for all activity under your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we suspect
any violation of these Terms.
3. Marketplace Services
Thirumangalya is a digital platform that connects vendors offering
wedding-related products and services with customers. We act solely as a
facilitator between vendors and customers and do not enter contracts on
behalf of either party, nor does it guarantee the quality, performance, or
fulfilment of any services provided.
- Vendors are solely responsible for their listings and services.

Customers are encouraged to read listings, reviews, and cancellation
policies before booking.
4. Payments & Fees
All payments on the Platform are processed via secure third-party payment
gateways.

Customers pay the amount listed in the booking, including applicable
taxes and fees.

Vendors receive payouts net of service and transaction fees, as outlined
in our Vendor Terms.
- Note: Thirumangalya does not store your payment information.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
Refunds and cancellations are governed by the vendor's individual
cancellation policy, which is stated in each listing. General rules
include:

Vendors may cancel bookings at their discretion and are responsible for
issuing full refunds.

Customers may cancel bookings based on the vendor's stated tiered refund
policy.

For disputes, Thirumangalya may offer limited mediation, but is not
obligated to issue refunds outside the vendor’s policy.
6. Content & Listings
- All content must be accurate, truthful, and not misleading.
- Content must not be unlawful, defamatory, or offensive.

Listings may not contain external contact details or links designed to
bypass the Platform.
We reserve the right to remove content that violates our standards or
applicable laws.
7. Reviews & Feedback

Customers may leave public reviews on vendor listings. We reserve the
right to moderate or remove reviews that violate our Community
Guidelines.

Feedback may be used for platform improvement and marketing purposes.
8. Data Privacy
We handle all personal data in accordance with the Personal Data
Protection Act 2010 (Malaysia). Your data is only used to deliver our
services and is not shared for marketing without consent.
9. Intellectual Property

All branding, platform design, and original content are owned by
Thirumangalya.

Vendors retain rights to their own content but grant us a license for
platform use and marketing.
10. Prohibited Activities
- Unlawful or fraudulent activity
- Attempting to transact off-platform to avoid fees
- Scraping or copying platform data
- Impersonation or misrepresentation
11. Limitation of Liability
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

We are not responsible for disputes between vendors and customers.

Our total liability is limited to the fees received by us for the
affected transaction.
12. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Thirumangalya against any loss or damages arising
from your use of the Platform, violation of the Terms, or infringement of
third-party rights.
13. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at our discretion, especially in
cases of abuse, fraud, or legal violations. Sections 8–13 remain
applicable post-termination.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform
implies your acceptance of the revised Terms.
15. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by Malaysian law. Disputes shall be resolved in
the courts of Kuala Lumpur.
